1. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer FREE delivery on almost all orders across KSA.
Exceptions: In rare cases, specific oversized or promotional products may carry a shipping fee. If a charge applies, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page and calculated at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

We work with leading delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible:

Main Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.): 1 to 3 working days.
All Other Regions in KSA: 3 to 5 working days.

Please note: Working days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message (via email or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Returns & Pick-up Charges

While we provide free shipping for your initial purchase, please note the following regarding returns:

Pick-up Fees: If you request a return or refund (within our 24-hour policy window), the customer is responsible for the pick-up charges.
Collection: Our delivery partner will collect the item from your location. The specific collection fee charged by the courier company will be deducted from your refund.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you to schedule the delivery. IBI KSA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
